To refi or not to refi - the comic version

I am trying to have a little fun here and still talk to clients about the timing of refinancing your loan. The goal is to engage the clients with more than numbers. I want some peer feedback on this one.

Very creative and easy to watch...numbers can be boring if the presentation isn't lively enough. Great Job!

Tanks Dave. It is a little advanced to do that, I had to blend the videos and then turn it into a .flv video to upload it. Basically it is Windows Movie maker which is on most Windows machines and then a $40 piece of software to turn it all into the right format for UtipU.
