Outlook 2007 Slow Startup

Outlook 2007 can take up to a minute to start up. Here is a simple thing that you can do to fix it. This solution is for Vista but also works for XP. The location for the extend.dat is different on XP, it is at C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
