Move items within a Word doc

How to move items within a Microsoft Word document without having to cut and paste.
You either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.

You need to put your cursor anywhere within the item you want to move.

Then you need to hold down Alt-Shift keys (in that order). With both keys held down, you can use the up/down cursor keys to move the item up or down in the document.
